Front row from left to right: A Yazidi man sits next to a Chaldean priest holding a rosary. To the priest’s left, a man wearing a kufiyah and carrying a dagger is likely a horseman. In the center the leader of the Yazidi group and two young men, who may be his sons or high-ranking relatives. In the second row, we recognize five Yezidis in their white tunics, next to two boys wearing a tarbush and a man. These are probably Chaldeans, Catholic Christians from Iraq.
